OF THE KZR INiG WEBSITE

  1. The controller of personal data is the Oil and Gas Institute – National Research Institute based in Cracow, Lubicz 25 A Street, 31-503 Cracow, phone: +48 12 421 00 33, fax: +48 12 430 38 85, email: office@inig.pl.
  2. You can contact the Data Protection Officer regarding all matters related to the processing of personal data and exercising rights associated with data processing via email at daneosobowe@inig.pl or in writing at the address of the data controller’s office.
  3. In connection with your use of the KZR INiG website, the Administrator collects data necessary to provide the various services offered, as well as information about your activity while using the website.
  4. Personal data of all users of the KZR INiG website (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected through cookies or other similar technologies) are processed by the Administrator:
    • for the purpose of providing users with content available on the KZR INiG website – in this case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

In the case of correspondence sent to the Administrator via email and through the contact form, the personal data contained in this correspondence are processed solely for the purpose of communication and resolving the matter to which the correspondence pertains. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) related to maintaining correspondence directed to them.

The period of data processing may be extended if processing is necessary for the establishment and pursuit of potential claims or defence against claims, and thereafter only to the extent required by law.

The user has the right to withdraw consent, access the content of their data, request rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
  9. In connection with the provision of services, personal data may be disclosed to external entities, in particular to providers responsible for the maintenance of IT systems.
  10. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, ensuring that the rights of Users resulting from this document will not be limited. Users will be informed of any changes to the Privacy Policy through a notice available on the KZR INiG website.
