  3. In connection with your use of the KZR INiG website, the Administrator collects data necessary to provide the various services offered, as well as information about your activity while using the website.
  4. Personal data of all users of the KZR INiG website (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected through cookies or other similar technologies) are processed by the Administrator:
    • for the purpose of providing users with content available on the KZR INiG website – in this case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

The user has the right to withdraw consent, access the content of their data, request rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
  9. In connection with the provision of services, personal data may be disclosed to external entities, in particular to providers responsible for the maintenance of IT systems.
  10. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, ensuring that the rights of Users resulting from this document will not be limited. Users will be informed of any changes to the Privacy Policy through a notice available on the KZR INiG website.
