Certification stages

In order to become a participant in the KZR INiG, each operator has to complete several stages.

STEP 1 Meeting the requirements of the System

In order to become a Participant in the INiG KZR System and obtain the INiG KZR Certificate, one should read the System Documents (link), and depending on the company’s activities and place in the supply chain, implement an appropriate management system meeting the requirements of the INiG KZR System.

STEP 2 Registration

You need to register in the application BOK Module KZR, completing the application for registration in the INiG KZR System online(link) selecting the appropriate certification scope(link) and certification body(link). After activation of the account and familiarization with the Agreement (documents will be sent after completing the application), the user has access to have access to the following

STEP 3 Audit

The audit is conducted by the selected active unit according to its internal procedures taking into account the requirements of the INiG NSS and according to the list of audit questions(link).

STEP 4 Certificate of the KZR INiG

After a positive audit result, the Certificate of the KZR INiG is issued, and the entrepreneur acquires the status of a participant becoming a full-fledged Participant of the Scheme. BCSO immediately publishes the issued Certificate on the website (link).

STEP 5 Selling sustainable products

The participant, depending on the scope of certification, has certain obligations in accordance with the requirements of the Scheme. Processes and communication, both with the BCSO and the economic operator, take place through the KZR Module application. The KZR Module is an interactive platform for the exchange of documentation and a secure database, enables:

  • Registration/change of data/renewal of contract on-line
  • Electronic document circulation – communication between Certification Body, Biomass Certification Systems Office and Customer/Participant – secure database – documents in one place
  • Quarterly reporting of biomass sales on-line Automation of activities – alerts on. updates, document appearance, status changes, data changes

  • Restore the history of changes (logs)
